The Higher Education Department of Christ the King College Acknowledged the First Semester’s Dean’s Listers for the School Year 2023-2024
On April 17, 2024, Christ the King College’s Higher Education Department acknowledged the academic achievements of students who made it to the first semester’s Dean’s List for the school year 2023-2024. The event took place at Mother Ignacia Gym with the theme, “Pursuing Excellence under the blessings of CKCian Synodality”.
The esteemed faculty and staff of Christ the King College joined the event, with Mr. John Louie P. Guimaras, LPT, as the Master of Ceremony. The Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Paul Remjee Diaz, LPT, led the Dean’s List recognition, while Mr. Pericles Aninion oversaw the distribution of merit certificates, with the assistance of the respective program heads.
The Dean’s List recognition started with the Bachelor of Elementary Education, followed by the Bachelor of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
Joann Mandahinog, Junnah Hindem, and Romulo Pacot, members of the Society of Culture and Arts Club, also enriched the event through their influential voices, exemplifying not only their academic achievements but also their innate talents bestowed by the divine.
The recent event served as a powerful influence on student motivation, particularly as they approached the challenges of the second semester. The inspiration and encouragement gained from the event have ignited a renewed determination among students, driving them to strive for faith, excellence, and service throughout their academic pursuits.
