Gingoog City, Philippines — October 29, 2024 — The Higher Education Department of Christ the King College culminated its vibrant Rosary Month observance with a heartfelt prayer service, uniting students, faculty, and staff in devotion and reflection.
Throughout October, the CKC community organized a series of spiritual events, culminating in a special prayer service held on the 29th from 4:00 to 5:30 P.M. Mother Ignacia Club (MIC) officers, Mr. Reymond Vincent Alvarez, the adviser of MIC, Mr. Pericles G. Aninion, MPM, the Institutional Quality Assurance Coordinator (IQAC), and Mr. Paul Rem Jee Diaz, LPT, MAFil (CAR), the Dean of Students Affair (DSA), led the college students and higher education department staff in prayer.
Participants devotedly prayed the traditional 15-decade rosary, reciting Hail Marys, Our Father, and Glory Be with deep reverence. This devotional practice fostered profound reflection, meditation, and connection with the Divine.
The CKC community reinforced the significance of prayer and faith in their lives through the month-long celebration. By deepening spiritual connections, the event promoted peace, reflection, and unity among students, faculty, and staff.
