Christ the King College (CKC) of Gingoog City successfully conducted its annual Year-Beginning Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) meeting to formally open the School Year 2025–2026.
Held on July 5, 2025 (Saturday), the event welcomed parents and guardians of CKC students to attend both the general orientation and class-level PTA meetings, aimed at strengthening collaboration between the school and families. The general PTA program took place at the Mother Ignacia Gymnasium, hosted by Ms. Luxmie C. Pardillo, moderator of the Junior High School Student Council. The orientation focused on the school’s vision, mission, and core policies, as well as important reminders for the academic year.
Following the general assembly, individual class meetings were conducted in each classroom with the students’ respective class advisers. These meetings served as an avenue for more detailed discussions, including the election of class PTA officers, presentation of classroom guidelines, and review of student schedules and monthly activities.
Parents and teachers also had the opportunity to raise concerns and share suggestions, fostering open communication and shared responsibility in the educational journey of the students.
With the successful conduct of this year-beginning PTA, Christ the King College continues to build a strong foundation for a collaborative, well-organized, and productive school year ahead.
