On August 24,2024, Christ the King College and St. Michael’s College formally signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a transformative partnership through research and academics exchanges.
This collaboration is dedicated to fostering innovation by engaging in joint research activities and academic exchanges, reflecting both institutions’ shared commitment to advancing knowledge and providing excellent education.
Following the MoU signing, Mr. Emmanuel E. Ong, MBE, delivered a talk on RVM Culture, focusing on the collaborative culture that drives the organization. Mr. Christopher Garcia Jr. then shared valuable insights on Customer Care, emphasizing the importance of both internal and external customers.
In the afternoon, parallel sessions were held. The Research Management Office of St. Michael’s College, led by Dr. Aniceto B. Naval, presented on “Generating Themes and Instrument Development Using AI” and introduced the statistical tool JAMOVI. Dr. Ronalyn T. Langam also delivered a presentation on “Research Tools Using Technology.” In the other session, Mr. Garcia conducted a seminar on the Hear Empathy Apologize Resolve Thank (HEART) approach. The Seminar provided invaluable knowledge and experience.
