As the culminating activity of the Work Immersion Program, this initiative aimed to enhance studentsβ confidence, communication skills, and professionalismβequipping them with essential skills as they prepare for future careers. Beyond strengthening their competencies, this experience has inspired them to strive for excellence and embrace the challenges of the professional world with determination.
