The anticipation and excitement were palpable as Class MARAGTAS recently held their Pre-Internship Reception Rites on March 20, 2024, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their academic journey. The event, filled with a sense of camaraderie and achievement, showcased the dedication and hard work of the students as they prepare to embark on their internship experience. With the THEME: “Guided by the Divine: Embracing God’s Wisdom in the Pursuit of Criminology Excellence Through Preparatory Internship.”

Criminology Program Coordinator, Faculty members, and Criminology Interns & Non-Interns Class MABAGSIK gathered to support Class MARAGTAS as they took a significant step towards professional growth and development. The ceremony commenced with the invocation led by Mr. Ram Christian Dalit, RCrim and followed by a ceremonial parade of Pre-Intern Trainees Class MARAGTAS together with Criminology Interns and Non-Interns Class MABAGSIK. After the ceremonial parade, Mr. John Del L. Responso, RCrim delivered his opening remarks, who shared words of wisdom and encouragement to inspire the pre-interns on their upcoming endeavors, and followed by the singing of our National Anthem and CKC Hymn.

After the singing of our National Anthem and CKC Hymn, our Criminology Program Coordinator Mr. Chellan R. Ybañez, RCrim delivered his Motivational speech for our Pre-Intern Trainees, who shared SPIRIT-LIFTING AND MORALE BOOSTING SPEECH that REITERATED  A MOTIVATTION-SUSTAINING FACTOR IN THE QUEST OF OURS. The highlight of the ceremony was when the Pre-interns pledged their commitment to excellence, professionalism, and continuous learning as they entered the next phase of their academic and professional lives.

The Pre-Internship Reception Rites of Class MARAGTAS served as a reminder of the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance in achieving one’s goals. The event not only celebrated the achievements of the students but also highlighted the support and guidance provided by the Criminology Program Coordinator, Faculty Members, and Class MABAGSIK throughout their academic journey.

As Class MARAGTAS move forward into their internship experience, they carry with them the lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the memories created during their time. The Pre-Internship Reception Rites was a testament to the resilience and determination of the students, as they continue to strive for excellence in their chosen fields.
