𝐈𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐈 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲’𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲

Christ the King College spent the entire day of September 08, 2023 celebrating Mother Mary’s birthday. At 8:00 in the morning, a Eucharistic celebration presided over by Rev. Fr. Nicolas Basadre, SSJV, took place. Newly elected officers of various programs, clubs, and organizations also took their oath during the induction ceremony.

In the afternoon, the College students, with a rose in hand, occupied the respective outdoor spaces of the school for a Holy Rosary.
Afterwards, the students then formed in line to offer the rose to Mother Mary. In between the prayer, songs for the Holy Mother of God were also played.
Classes were canceled from 1 pm to 5 pm in commemoration of the celebration. Part-time teachers of the institution resumed classes from 5 pm onward.
