    We’re excited to invite you to 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 at Christ the King College from October 21 to 26, 2024!

    Kicking off the week on October 21, we have the 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 and 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑-𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, where students from CKC Senior High School Department, Gingoog City Comprehensive National High School (GCCNHS), Portulin National High School will showcase their skills, compete, and gain insights from industry experts. This event will not only foster healthy competition but also inspire future business leaders by connecting them with experienced professionals in the field.

    Throughout October 21 to 25, the 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏 will feature student-run food and product booths, along with 𝙖𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 at the CKC Quadrangle from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Among the booths, you’ll find offerings from Sak Sisig, Manong Don, Snakto, Balay Sugbahan, Palabok Bistro, and Ihawan ni Juan. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy delicious food while supporting student entrepreneurs!

    On October 22, BSBA students will get to showcase their knowledge during the 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍. For some fun and tradition, the BSBA Program will host 𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐎 𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐀𝐇𝐈 on October 26, featuring traditional Filipino games.

    Finally, we’ll close the week with the grand 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓: 𝓐 𝓝𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓽 𝓲𝓷 𝓟𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓼 on October 26 at 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩. Don’t miss this exciting week of learning, fun, and celebration!

    Take a sɴᴇᴀᴋ ᴘᴇᴀᴋ, a trailer of the TEAM BUILDING event of the 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 of 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲. Let us witness today’s extravagant display of teamwork and sportsmanship as every student in their teams comes together to face the series of challenges. 

    Just this morning they got a taste of one of the few activities prepared. And it was a heartwarming sight to see how the air was filled with mingling excitement and enthusiasm. Along with the attentiveness and curiosity as the guest speakers spoke on the trending problem of “𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚”. 

    How so much is already seen as of the moment, it is thrilling to think about how the emotions and interactions that will be seen as the day goes on. 

    Together, let us set ablaze every challenge with 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘, embody the CKC-JPIAN values with a 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐑 spirit, and fly new heights in the navigational 𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐓𝐄.

    Our delegation included 𝐊𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐨, 𝐌𝐀-𝐇𝐑𝐃, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, CKC-Business Administration program head; 𝐌𝐫. 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚, Business Administration faculty member; 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼, 𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗟𝗟𝗕, CKC-Accountancy program head ; and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐆. 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐏𝐌, CKC-Institutional Quality Assurance Coordinator.

    Key highlights of the event included crucial 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃) shared by Ms. Sarah Jane M. Libre regarding the future of business education. Mr. Karl Nico Fajardo, RM, delivered a thought-provoking keynote speech on 𝐀𝐈 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞, offering insights into the evolving role of technology in education. Additionally, Dr. Arlita Amapola B. Minguez presented an engaging talk on the 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, emphasizing the need for a global perspective in today’s academic programs.

    The assembly also featured presentations of best practices for accreditation and quality assurance in business schools from institutions like MSU-IIT (AACOP), Xavier University (PAASCU), and Liceo de Cagayan University (PACUCOA).

    Our team’s attendance at this assembly reflects our dedication to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our educational offerings.
